Elisa founded CORD alongside Daniel M Jackson, and has seen the company grow into a global business. She is a classically trained musician and graduated from the Royal Academy of Music, with a family history firmly rooted in music. She has led some of the biggest brands and advertising agencies in the world on musical journeys of the highest standard.

Anthony works in brand partnerships, music supervision and rights negotiation for advertising, film, and television. He has worked with agencies including BBDO, McCann-Erickson, MC Saatchi in the US, UK and EMEA. He's developed award-winning music for Mastercard, Dodge, Hyundai and Pantene; and produced the chart-topping electronic series OPERATICA - which sold over 100,000 worldwide.

David has been with CORD since the very beginning and has helped the agency to grow significantly in terms of both people and offering. He has helped develop and create best-in class sonic branding strategies for multiple Nestle brands, Unilever, Shell, ITV and Barclaycard and is also the co-author of ‘Hit Brands’.

Dominic comes to CORD from Ark Music where he spent 5 years as an independent music supervisor working with brands such as Sony, Agent Provocateur, Blackberry and Mr.Porter. Prior to founding Ark in 2010, Goodman held the position of Head of Music at WCRS/Huge Music and was previously a music consultant at Saatchi and Saatchi.

Jaime is experienced in music production, cultural management, music supervision, social media and multimedia content, and music strategy. In recent years he has worked on commercials and campaigns for leading agencies and clients. McCann Madrid with: Banco Santander, Coca-Cola, Mapfre, L'Oreal, Repsol and JWT Madrid with UNICEF and Nestle. For over 10 years he was worked in digital media through the Latin Roll platform and has been actively participating in artistic development and communication for: Vetusta Morla, Ariel Rot, Xoel López and Zoé amongst others.

Michał is an experienced producer and project leader for advertising, with 9 years experience in Poland and internationally. He has worked for creative agencies such as Scholz & Friends, Grey and JWT, running projects for brands including IKEA, Mercedes-Benz, Tchibo and P&G. Michal combines organisational skills with creativity and attention to detail.

Philip Moross is Chairman of CORD Worldwide. He began his career in 1983 at Arthur Andersen, subsequently absorbed by famed management consultancy Deloitte. In 1993, Philip founded an entertainment marketing company, Cutting Edge Marketing Solutions. This company was sold to a UK listed company, allowing Philip to dedicate more time to building a royalty based entertainment content business, a business which became Cutting Edge Group in 2000. In 2009, Cutting Edge Group formed the music planning business that today is CORD Worldwide.

Daniel is the author of ‘Hit Brands’ and ‘Sonic Branding’. His background includes time in media agencies, media sales and record labels as well as client-side roles in innovation and marketing. He founded CORD in 2009 to connect brands to music culture.
